  • The item is not damaged, altered, or customized after delivery.

Products that do not meet these criteria may not be eligible for return.


2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Altered or tailored products

  • Items purchased during clearance or special sale events (unless damaged or defective)

  • Products returned without original packaging or tags


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Include your order number, product details, and reason for return.

  3. Our support team will review your request and provide further instructions.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


4. Reverse Pickup

  • Reverse pickup may be arranged based on service availability in your location.

  • If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be required to self-ship the product to the address provided by our support team.

  • Customers are advised to use a reliable courier service and share tracking details.

Return shipping charges may be applicable unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share clear images and your order number for verification.

After review, we will arrange replacement or process a refund as applicable.


6. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


7. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size or design is unavailable, a refund will be processed as per policy.


8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.

Refund for cancelled orders will be processed to the original payment method within the standard processing timeline.

  • Slight color variations due to photography lighting or screen resolution are not considered defects.

  • Products showing signs of wear, perfume, stains, or damage will not qualify for return.
